- The JTS TX- 6 Dynamic Microphone is specifically designed for close miking of snare drums, tom - toms, percussion
instruments, guitar amplifiers, brass and woodwind instruments and various other acoustic instruments in live performance
or in recording studio applications. The TX 6’s uniform cardioid pickup pattern offers excellent rejection of undesired
sound sources and delivers high gain before feedback. The built in internal pneumatic shock mount prevents unwanted
vibrations, stage noise, etc. from being amplified and or recorded. The integral mic stand adapter and adjustable locking
mount provides optimal positioning at the sound source. With a maximum SPL rating of 156 dB, the TX - 6 easily handles
high volumes generated by Drums, percussion and guitar / instrument amps.
