     Product Description

      The FBT HiMaxx 100sa Powered Subwoofer features a 13 ply birch plywood cabinet with scratch & scuff resistant black paint finish.  

      The FBT HiMaxx 100sa  features a custom designed B&C 18” woofer with a 4" voice coil, neodymium  
      magnet structure and an aluminum die cast frame.    
      The active internal stereo crossover is at a fixed frequency of 120Hz. The Maxx 100sa offers a frequency
      range of 36Hz -125Hz, providing floor shaking low frequency extension with a SPL of 135 dB.

      FBT’s ADAP® Advanced Dynamic Active Protection circuitry protects speaker/driver components against
      failure. The Maxx 100sa powered subwoofer features a 900w RMS Class D, passively cooled (no fan) low
     frequency amp, that provides 90% efficiency. The FBT HiMaxx 100sa amplifier design, like all FBT Powered Maxx
     speakers prevents annoying thermal shutdowns that plague many other powered speakers and powered
     subwoofers.
      
      The control panel features a master volume control, Balanced Left & Right Channel Neutrik® input combo jacks
      (female XLR, ¼” TRS, ¼”), Balanced XLR Left & Right Channel link output jacks,  Balanced Left and Right
      Channel Filtered outputs to connect 2 way full range Satellite speakers, and a ground lift switch, LED power on
      and a LF overload LED indicator.

      
      A standard Top Mount 1⅜ speaker stand socket allows satellite speakers, such as the FBT Maxx 2a,
      Maxx 4a, Maxx 5a and Maxx 6a, Hi Maxx 40a, Hi Maxx 60a and others to placed above the subwoofer cab on
      an adjustable satellite speaker pole mount, such as the FBT Box 52. Eight M-10 fly points are also included,
      and 2 ergonomically placed carrying handles built into the cabinet are provided when used for portable applications.
